Getting through Dryden. There are 3 options for travel from highway 502 to highway 17 once you get near Dryden. The first option is turn west at Ojibway Drive as shown on the map below (light blue). This is a curvy road that is a combination of black top and gravel. It will bring you through Eagle Lake Indian Reserve and the small hamlet of Eagle River.

The second option highlighted in dark blue below takes you to the end of highway 502. At the stop sign you turn left (west). A blacktop road (highway 594) will take you to your next turn which is right on Adams road. Adams road is a gravel road and will bring you to highway 17 in the small community of Oxdrift. There is a small but convenient store on the corner of highway 17 and Adams road. They sell alcohol and fishing licenses. Say hello to Sharon.

The third option is to turn east when you get to the stop sign and head towards Dryden. This is a blacktop highway all the way to highway 17. You can go through downtown Dryden, or turn left at the Mill (cant miss it) and bypass the city. When you get to the traffic lights turn left onto highway 17 and you are on your way to Vermilion Bay then north on highway 105 to our resort just south of Ear Falls.
